Bhopal, June 14 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed satisfaction on Monday over the fact that the state has the ‘millennium scourge’ almost under complete control with active cooperation of the masses.
“Now we have to pool efforts for ensuring that a third wave does not buffet us,” the senior politician averred during a Cabinet meeting in Sehore District’s Ichhawar.

Kerala CM assures internet connectivity and digital devices for all students

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Tuesday said internet connectivity and digital devices would be provided for all students in the state irrespective of their financial and geographical barriers to pursue online classes without any hassles during the COVID-19 era.

Urgent steps would be taken to ensure internet free of cost or at a subsidised rate to needy children, he told the Assembly while detailing the measures to be taken by the government to avoid the ‘digital divide’ among students in the state.

Cardano Unveils Mobile Internet Partnership, Aims To Bring Connectivity and Digital Identity to 100,000 People in Tanzania

Input Output Hong Kong (IOHK), the company building Cardano, says it’s partnering with blockchain-based mobile network World Mobile Group to bring internet connectivity to people in Africa.

The initiative is starting in Tanzania, where it will give 100,000 people living in rural areas digital access to mobile internet, digital identity, and financial solutions. 

The project aims to provide 5G internet access and give customers a blockchain-based platform they can use to verify their identity.
