We have written a couple of Apex Legends Mobile news for quite some time now. This time, the mobile game’s regional beta test will begin soon as confirmed by EA. Here’s everything you need to know about its availability and beta test.
According to EA, Apex Legends Mobile would be kind of a new version as it is specially designed for the mobile gaming experience. We think it shouldn’t be too much different from PUBG Mobile and Call of Duty Mobile, but Apex Legends gameplay is quite different on the PC so it should be interesting to see how it plays out. EA promises that Apex Legends Mobile would still stay true to the original.
As for the regional beta test, EA will launch this on a small scale first in India and the Philippines on a selected few thousand mobile gamers. It should be noted that the beta will begin on Android devices first then iOS as the follow-up. EA also plans to launch a pre-registration page when the beta becomes bigger.
On that note, Apex Legends Mobile will not have any cross-play feature with console or PC versions. It will also be free-to-play as expected with no in-game paid items that can influence gameplay advantage, just some Battle Passes, cosmetic skins and others. In case you didn’t know, Apex Legends is free-to-play on other platforms such as PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC.
